Compassionate Care Provider

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a nurturing presence to each resident's condition and offer proactive care that enhances their daily life.
  • Develop and manage care plans that cater to residents' holistic needs.
  • Foster respectful, tailored support that empowers residents' choices and independence.
  • Educate residents and family members about health conditions, treatments, and medication management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for caring for others to deliver personalised care that supports residents and meets their needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
  • The ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be beneficial).
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings.
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • The ability to lead, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AIN's.
