Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing professional to join our home care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level holistic care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description:
  • Conduct clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach to in-home patient care, including providing clinical judgement, creativity, and sensitivity to develop care plans aligned to clients' assessed needs.
  • Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, assess wounds, and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
  • Assist clients with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care, and other personal care duties.
  • Provide high-level social, emotional, and spiritual support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted registration with AHPRA and a minimum 2 years of practicing experience as an EN.
  • Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license, registration, and access to your own car.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical prior to commencement.
