Senior Business Manager - Operational Excellence

This is a permanent, full-time role located in Hobart, Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice and assistance to the Director, Workforce Planning and Training.
  • Support the business unit in delivering efficient and effective strategic and business planning processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to business management, financial management or people operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:
