As a key leader in Tasmania's reform of government schools, you will play a pivotal role in the establishment of our first Multi-School Organisation (MSO).

The MSO model, launched in partnership between the Tasmanian Government and an independent not-for-profit organisation, aims to deliver efficient and scalable service delivery in line with Department for Education, Children and Young People policies.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering the operational backbone of the MSO, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Candidates should possess strong operational leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or regulated environment. A combination of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to public service is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new educational institution and contribute to broader statewide policy from the ground up.
