Job Overview

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our team as a Telecommunications Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications and electronic equipment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication and electronic equipment
  • Maintain records and associated documentation
  • Report on actual work performed against the scheduled maintenance program
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with technical and operational specifications


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • Sound skill in the installation, maintenance, and fault rectification of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Driver's License
  • Electronics Trade Certificate (similar qualifications in electronics considered)
  • Must have capacity to travel and work within regional Queensland
  • Must have the flexibility to work some overtime and weekends when required


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range between $81,000 - $101,000 + penalties + generous allowances + 12.75% super (dependant on quals & experience).
