About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our team at PCYC Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
  • Interact with and effectively supervise children while working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No formal qualifications are prerequisite for this position, but qualified Educators require a Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
  • The ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
  • A desire to succeed in an amazingly supportive workplace.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate is preferred.
  • A light rigid or medium rigid driver's licence and a Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card are required if undertaking Bus Driving duties.

Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package including:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $29,230 - $35,450, depending on qualifications and experience.
