Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage our OSHC service at PCYC Mt Warren Park.

About the Role

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the service is in line with government regulations, legislation, and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the OSHC service to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to inspire a supportive culture of safety.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Other duties as required by the Area Manager.
Requirements
  • Qualified Service Managers require a minimum Diploma in Childhood Studies or other recognised qualifications.
  • Unqualified Service Managers require a minimum Certificate III in Childhood Studies or other recognised qualifications and are working towards a Diploma.
  • Ability to take on responsibility as a Nominated Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
  • Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or ability to obtain).
