OSHC Educator Position

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to work between our PCYCMt Isa OSHC Service and PCYC Barkly Hwy OSHC Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
- Interact with and effectively supervise the children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
- Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child.
Requirements:
- No formal qualifications are required, but a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children is preferred.
- Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
- Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
