Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our team at PCYC Queensland. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be a valued member of our team, working alongside other friendly, supportive, and skilled Educators. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with and effectively supervising children, while delivering a high-quality education and care service.
Key Requirements
- No formal qualifications are required for this position, but qualified Educators must hold a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
- Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
- You must be able to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate is desirable, and you must hold a light rigid or medium rigid driver's licence, eligible to obtain an RDA if undertaking Bus Driving duties.
