The Skechers Australia team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Hornsby store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and service excellence
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and wage costs
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to state and national OH&S legislation
