Senior User Researcher Opportunity

This role is part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative to modernize the export system.

  • Collaborate with product teams to clarify and define research objectives and develop actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze user research studies to inform product development and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop qualitative evidence bases and contribute to strategic planning for service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. A strong background in user research methods, data analysis, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
  • Work closely with product managers to design research activities and develop recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Present research findings and insights to stakeholders and decision-makers to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in user research, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
