Unlock a New Era of Digital Content Expertise

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Content Editor to join our high-profile National Regulatory Body's collaborative Digital Service Design team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in crafting and delivering user-centric content and experiences across internal and external digital channels and systems.

This 7-month labour hire contract offers a unique opportunity to showcase your seasoned digital communication skills. You will be based in Central Canberra or Melbourne with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

As a skilled Digital Content Editor, you will:

  • Design and deliver high-quality user-centric content and experiences across digital channels and systems.
  • Develop compelling content for digital platforms, including Drupal and Sharepoint.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences aligned with the Digital Service Standard.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop best-practice writing styles.
  • Collaborate with technical and communications teams to drive digital content solutions.

A background in e-marketing and social media is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years' experience in digital communications, preferably in a government or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and customers to deliver top-notch digital content solutions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret and analyse customer feedback and digital interaction patterns.
