About Us

A secure environment will allow external users to access services with ease. The project also introduces a unified payment system to streamline financial transactions, including donations, and memberships.

Internally, it will consolidate and simplify systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

The outcome will be a modern, user-friendly digital environment that supports streamlined services, robust search capabilities, and a consistent, high-quality digital experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of this strategic initiative.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing medium-scale projects, with expertise in agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and user-centered design.

They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Project Teams: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain realistic project plans, monitoring costs, timelines, quality, and resource usage.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project and product quality reviews are conducted on schedule and according to procedure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing medium-scale projects.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate vision into actionable project plans.
Desirable Skills

Experience in archives or other cultural sector organizations, familiarity with user-centered design and digital accessibility standards, and experience working in a hybrid agile/waterfall project environment are desirable.
