Job Title: Business Operations Leader

The Business Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Centric Culture: Establish and maintain a culture that prioritizes outstanding service delivery.
  • Innovation and Automation: Champion innovative solutions, including self-service, to drive a more collaborative approach to service delivery.
  • Team Coaching and Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to further develop and enhance customer experience and support customer retention.
  • People-Related Activities: Authorize all people-related activities, including resourcing, recruitment, induction, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention of employees.
  • Consistent Customer Experience: Ensure consistent and superior customer experience by implementing adequate measurement systems.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large teams, be customer-centric, have excellent communication skills, and be an advocate for change. They will also be a team player, able to collaborate with others across the business to provide the best solutions and a seamless and efficient customer experience.
