About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're seeking a skilled Loan Set Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our medical products reach healthcare professionals efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service excellence strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain checklists tailored to customer requirements, ensuring seamless loan set bookings.
  • Manage daily loan set pickups, shipping, and returns, collaborating with carrier companies and internal departments.
  • Liaise with surgeons and theatre staff to develop lasting relationships and ensure accurate inventory tracking and replenishment.
What You'll Do

As a Loan Set Representative, you'll be responsible for preparing and organizing surgical instrument kits for medical procedures. This involves ensuring all necessary instruments are accurately assembled according to specific surgical requirements, maintaining precise organization and preparation of these kits, which are critical to the success of medical procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reverse logistics: Manage the return of products from surgeries.
  • Outbound logistics: Prepare products for upcoming cases.
Requirements
  • Physical demands: This role involves being on your feet most of the day, with tasks that may require standing in one place or moving around frequently.
  • Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is beneficial, as you'll be working with these systems regularly.
