
Business Development Team Lead

This is a leadership position that oversees office and customer service team performance, improving workflows and customer communication while supporting operational, sales, and service delivery.
- Lead the Customer Service/Office team to ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Oversight of office coordination and workflow improvements to drive business results.
- Manage escalated enquiries and ensure timely resolution to maintain service standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting across systems and champion process improvement initiatives.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Ops, and Warehouse teams.
You will play a dual role in managing both day-to-day office operations and leading a team of Customer Service Representatives. This includes creating smoother processes, bringing a calm, professional presence to the team, and being comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop the Customer Service/Office team.

- A hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail.
