
Holistic Mental Health Support Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals with mental health concerns and illness on their recovery journey.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.
Your role will involve supporting the wider team in medication supervision/administration, mental state examination/risk evaluation and service implementation under supervision of a registered Nurse.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team environment and provide highly responsive and flexible services to consumers and carers.
Main Responsibilities:- Support with medication supervision/administration
- Mental state examination/risk evaluation
- Service implementation under supervision of a registered Nurse
Requirements:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
