Community Mental Health Specialist

At our organisation, we strive to provide exceptional care to our community. Our Crisis Assessment Treatment Team (CATT) is a multidisciplinary team conducting face-to-face holistic assessments in our community clinics and in consumers' homes.
We value achievement, growth, innovation, communication, and connection. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will utilise your skills within assessment, providing early discharge management, and Mental Health Telephone Triage.
Your role will involve providing mental health assessment and treatment to individuals who require urgent, short-term, or ongoing intensive community-based mental health assessment, treatment, and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to consumers with significant mental illness.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes for consumers.
- Provide education and support to consumers, families, and carers to promote recovery-oriented practice.
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering culturally sensitive services that meet the diverse needs of our community.
