Senior Payroll Professional

About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated senior payroll professional to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across Australia and New Zealand while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing and payment of monthly and fortnightly payrolls for Australia and New Zealand
- Checking and approving payroll for other Oceania entities where direct payroll is not processed in-house
- Processing out-of-cycle payments and adjustment runs as required
- Maintaining Single Touch Payroll (STP) and Inland Revenue reporting and compliance
- Management of awards and employment conditions, including Enterprise Agreement (EA)
- National Employment Standards (NES) adherence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven payroll experience
- Understanding of Australian payroll laws and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, HR, or a related field (preferred)
