About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to efficiently handle contracts, costs, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Prepare tender packages and scope of works.
  • Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Conduct cost reviews and generate financial reports.
  • Maintain project documentation such as contracts and variations.
  • Handle and evaluate variations and claims with project teams.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for favourable outcomes.
  • Manage Procore documentation.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong understanding of contract management and cost control. You will have a proven track record of working on similar projects and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years construction experience.
  • Proven experience working on School Projects And/Or Aquatic Centres.
  • Experience working within Tier 1 or 2 developers.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and cost control.
  • Previous experience on projects up to $100m + is desired but not essential.
  • Proficient with Jobpac.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong attention to details.
  • Willing to work hours required of a fast-tracked project.
  • Team player.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to $175k + Super, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop into a Project Manager role with guidance from a Senior Project Manager. Our team is dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
