Finance Expertise

This role involves working with operations, manufacturing and finance teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive commercial ambitions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Planning, studying and collecting data to determine relevant costs.
  • Inventory Control: Identifying slow moving and obsolete inventory and maintaining adequate provisions.
  • Budget and Monthly Reporting: Completing month end tasks, presentations to working groups and monitoring actual performance against budget/forecast.
  • Cost Systems and Data Management: Maintaining cost accounting and inventory modules in the ERP system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to an experienced Commercial Finance Manager and working closely with the senior leadership team.

A qualified accountant with at least 2-5 years' experience in a finance business partner role is required. Prior experience in product costing or operational costing in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
