Job Description: As the Operations Director for an iconic entertainment venue, you will oversee the day-to-day management of this thriving business. Your key responsibilities will include leading a close-knit team, managing labor costs, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost savings
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation of meals
  • Continuously monitor and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with direction and guidance from senior management
  • Approved Manager (Liquor License) and current WA RSA qualifications
