Key Responsibilities:- Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead by example, jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
- Cultivate a fun-first culture.
- Take ownership of your venue's performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
- Manage labour costs and COGs to maximise profitability.
- Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back.
- Infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership.
- An understanding of a venue's financials.
- Valid RSA and Approved Managers card.
- Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus.
