Role Overview

We are seeking a team member to join our cleaning and trolley collection team. This role offers flexible options to meet your lifestyle, ensuring a balance between work and personal responsibilities.

About The Position:

This team plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our stores, including sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms and trolley bays, emptying bins, and collecting trolleys from the car park.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sweeping the shop floor and other areas as required to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms to ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Emptying bins and maintaining a clean environment throughout the store
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operation
  • Working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, providing support to other teams as required
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions, enhancing the overall shopping experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks that require stamina and endurance
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs, with a commitment to workplace safety and health
