Job Title: Office Operations Specialist
Job Description:The Office Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization's efforts to deliver effective operational outcomes. This position is responsible for providing administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and office management.
- Provide bookkeeping and financial management support, including journaling, reconciliations, and routine financial reporting.
- Offer executive support to senior leadership, including minute-taking, logistical arrangements, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update policy documents, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate meetings and other forums as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices, along with experience using financial management software.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to organize meetings, write meeting minutes, edit documents, and maintain written records.
- Able to perform a range of workplace administrative tasks, such as travel bookings, telephone communications, and vehicle fleet management.
