Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that drive results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage influencer briefs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality content
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INFLUENCERS TO PROMOTE TRUST AND TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION
  • Identify and vet new influencers to collaborate with
  • Lead the development of influencer profiling processes and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adapting rapidly to changes
  • Maintain exceptional standards of campaign engagement, including ethical considerations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative and creative campaign ideas and solutions
  • Support internal and external meetings, as well as client and internal report development
  • Perform ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the team

Your primary responsibility is to carry out this role to the best of your ability. Your second responsibility is to ensure those around you are able to do the same.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field
