Job Opportunity: Influencer Marketing Specialist

The role of an Influencer Marketing Specialist is a crucial position within our team, responsible for managing and executing high-level influencer activities that drive brand growth and engagement.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in influencer marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of current influencer marketing rates, and experience working with global influencers.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute influencer strategies that align with our brand identity. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new talent, managing influencer contracts, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer campaigns.

You will be proactive and driven, with a passion for social media and influencer marketing. You must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with influencers and colleagues alike.

  4. MANAGE INFLUENCER CONTRACTS AND NEGOTIATE WITH KEY INFLUENCERS
  5. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INFLUENCERS
  6. COLLaborate with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer campaigns
  7. Proactively brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer marketing
  8. Deliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar PR and influencer-based role
  • Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates
  • Experience working with global influencers preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Results-oriented and brand-focused
