Regional Quality Manager

RSL LifeCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Governance team, you will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all business functions to ensure a high standard of quality, care and safety.
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, clinical governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our local teams to implement and maintain our Quality Management Systems, monitor compliance with quality assurance activities, and address any issues identified.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and leading a high-performing quality-focused culture
- Implementing and maintaining our Clinical Governance Framework Quality Framework
- Driving the effective engagement and use of local teams with our Quality Management Systems
- Monitoring compliance with quality assurance activities, including audit schedules, and addressing any issues identified
- Assisting in preparing responses to external bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, within designated time frames
