Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Quality Manager to enhance our Clinical Governance team. This role is pivotal in establishing and upholding quality and clinical governance frameworks across various operational functions, ensuring exceptional standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a culture centered on quality and excellence.
  • Implementing and sustaining the RSL LifeCare Clinical Governance Framework and Quality Framework.
  • Encouraging local teams to effectively engage with the RSL LifeCare Quality Management Systems.
  • Overseeing compliance with quality assurance protocols, including audit schedules, and addressing any identified issues.
  • Assisting in formulating responses to external regulatory bodies within specified timelines.
  • Collaborating with National Clinical Governance initiatives, reviewing best practices, and proposing strategies to enhance care standards.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as nursing, health professions, or quality management.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Quality Management within the health or aged care sectors.
  • The ability to travel as required.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities to foster collaboration with management.
  • A proven track record in quality management and regulatory compliance, emphasizing team development.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
