Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst. As our Finance AI and Innovation Champion, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance by driving positive change and utilising your analytical skills to make a meaningful impact.

Your primary responsibility will be to master and lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Intelligence (BI), and partner on impactful, cross-functional projects that embed you across the organisation. You will work closely with a visionary CFO and diverse leaders who mentor, support, and expect you—and each member of our team—to help shape our future.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for innovation, emerging tech, and using AI to create value out of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Proven experience as an FP&A or Commercial Finance analyst, with expertise in Excel financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Skill in process standardisation and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative Design Thinking mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and continuously improve, with a Growth Mindset.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and confident communicator.
