Job Title:
Sr Conference Planner

Description:
The senior conference planner is a critical support role within the global operations team, responsible for development, management and execution of various conference elements relating to agenda management and onsite session delivery. Key objectives include creating exceptional customer experiences for attendees, sponsors and associates attending conferences, leading operational delivery of all agenda elements across multiple concurrent in-person conferences and partnering with program management in delivering a client-focused agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and execute conference agendas
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless conference delivery
  • Partner with program management to deliver client-focused conferences
  • Analyze data to improve attendee engagement and predict attendee behavior
  • Create and maintain conference master planners

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, creative and innovative thinking, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in high-pressure situations.
