As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary events that leave a lasting impression. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of diverse range of events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in Event Planning: Support the Events Specialist in conceptualizing event ideas, creating event proposals, and developing comprehensive event plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Logistics Support: Help with venue selection, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations to ensure all event logistics are seamlessly managed.
  • On-Site Assistance: Assist in on-site event management, overseeing setup, managing event flow, and addressing any unforeseen challenges to guarantee a smooth event experience.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned with event goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing RSVP lists, tracking expenses, and updating event databases.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Participate in post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and contribute insights to improve future events.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Events Coordinator or in a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
