About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the smooth running of our operations processes. As an International Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with clients, managing resources, and meeting OHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operations of our logistics team
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage inventory control and optimize warehouse operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Advanced WMS experience and working in a paperless warehouse
  • Inventory control experience a bonus
  • Hold a valid forklift license (not essential)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with end-to-end WH operations and Microsoft Excel
