About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PATH4 Logistics. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing global freight movements, liaising with other departments, and providing premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global freight movements for allocated clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Process all documentation associated with each order, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to achieve the best results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Operations, Customer Service, or Transport/Cartage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with CW1 an advantage but not essential.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
