About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PATH4 Logistics. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global freight movements, both import and export, for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee global freight movements, including import and export, for allocated clients
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure client expectations are met
  • Process all documentation associated with each order, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, Import or Export Operations, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with CW1 an advantage but not essential
