Job Title: International Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Insync Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient communication with clients throughout the day
  • Manage regular KPI reporting in line with SLA
  • Ensure OHS requirements are met
  • Manage the appropriate use of resources on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Advanced WMS experience and working in a paperless warehouse
  • Inventory Control experience a bonus
  • Hold a valid forklift licence (not essential)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Familiar with end-to-end WH operations (inbound and outbound)
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communications skills both verbal and written
