Data Intelligence Specialist

The National Disability Insurance Agency is responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme. As a Data Intelligence Specialist, you will be part of the Data and Analytics Branch that supports the Agency by providing high-quality data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a traceability framework for project team members to follow.
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyse and document business process and data flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate inclusion in development of business and technical requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on business and technical design documents.
- Demonstrated expertise leading hands-on business and technical requirement development and stakeholder validation.
- Experience implementing Data and/or Analytics products and services.
- Demonstrated expertise documenting data and process flows.
- Ability to gather, analyse and translate business data into actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience working with various software tools.
