Do you have a knack for ensuring smooth freight processes and effective communication with overseas offices and agents? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import Sea Freight Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Insync Recruitment Group.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a seamless freight process within a fast-paced team environment
- Liaise with international agents, carriers, and vendors to streamline operations
- Work closely with internal departments to optimize import sea freight operations
- Track and trace import sea files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- 2-3 years' local experience in import sea operations
- EDI Cargowise software experience
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A dynamic and supportive team environment

- Hybrid work-from-home arrangement with one day per week
