Import Freight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Import Freight Specialist to join our team in South Sydney. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth freight process and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and up-to-date import sea files
- Liaise with international agents, carriers, and vendors
- Work with internal departments to streamline operations
- Track and trace import sea files
- Provide strong customer service with a positive attitude
- 3-5 years' local experience in import sea operations
- EDI Cargowise software experience
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Variety and scope with the role
- Proven long-term and loyal staff providing job stability
- Opportunity for career progression
