Security Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced security professional to oversee gatehouse operations at our client site.
This role involves regular face-to-face interactions with contractors, truck drivers, and couriers, requiring excellent customer service skills and strong ability to enforce site entry protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage gatehouse security operations, including data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence in observing, reporting, and responding to incidents effectively
- A valid security license for NSW and a current first aid certificate
- Experience managing gatehouse security operations and data entry
