Job Summary

Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Specialist Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our successful team in Melbourne.

You will manage a specialist portfolio of customers, providing vocational counselling, assessment, and job placement services to injured workers. Your expertise will help clients achieve their goals through thorough rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of customers, providing tailored support and guidance
  • Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Produce high-quality reports and updates to ensure client progress

Requirements

  • Qualifications in an Allied Health field such as Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
  • Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to achieve outstanding results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and health benefits of employment
