Job Summary
Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Specialist Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our successful team in Melbourne.
You will manage a specialist portfolio of customers, providing vocational counselling, assessment, and job placement services to injured workers. Your expertise will help clients achieve their goals through thorough rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of customers, providing tailored support and guidance
- Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results
- Produce high-quality reports and updates to ensure client progress
Requirements
- Qualifications in an Allied Health field such as Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational Therapy
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
- Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
- Strong case management skills with the ability to achieve outstanding results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and health benefits of employment
