We are seeking a highly experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our team at WorkFocus Australia. As an occupational rehabilitation expert, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers.

About the Role

This is a truly unique opportunity to leverage your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry to deliver specialist services and strategic initiatives to deliver optimal health and return to work outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining quality across customers as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations.
  • Implementing services as per Customer SLAs.
  • Crafting business strategies to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims.
  • Representing WFA at public forums and on various committees as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA).
  • A significant track record in occupational rehabilitation industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
  • A customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others.
  • A willingness to travel (car and license essential).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation.
