Job Overview

Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes. You will work closely with the residential manager to ensure the safe operation of the facility.

About the Role
  • This position requires a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • A demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes and comprehensive clinical knowledge is essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be able to coach and train others to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to business.
