This key position involves supporting clients in withdrawal and post-withdrawal care planning, including transitioning them into our residential program.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medication, and developing care plans that cater to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Intake and admission of clients
  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized care plans
  • Risk identification and escalation when required
About You
  • Enrolled Nurse Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise as an Enrolled Nurse with a strong focus on trauma-informed care
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
  • Up-to-date immunisation status
