Senior Strategic Consultant

As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their digital ambitions through expert human-centered consulting services. You will be responsible for consulting clients on the right solution, developing technical solutions, and choosing products that meet business needs.

Our ideal candidate is expected to have deep expertise in multiple domains/functional areas and be part of complex programs. They should also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement solutions and systems to help clients grow, optimize, and protect their organizations through consultative and collaborative approaches.
  • Help clients define and achieve their digital ambitions by providing expert consulting services focused on user experience, data-driven insights, and delivery excellence.
  • Responsible for training users on product functionality and functional testing of software to provide bug-free software to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in BFSI and experience delivering these solutions and products.
  • Understanding of various consulting, business analysis, process, and information modeling techniques.
  • Tertiary-level qualification and at least 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to lead engagements to deliver outcomes of value to clients.
