About the Role:

FIS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our teams deliver best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank, and invest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of the customer to identify strategies and improvement opportunities, and reengineer processes for greater efficiency.
  • Write use cases, BRDs, interface specs, data modeling, and functional specs.
  • Write user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
  • Select hardware, software, and vendors.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, system verification, and training.
  • Conduct tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a technical BA in a development team.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO20022.
  • Knowledge of Real Time schemes such as NPP, MYRPP, HKFP, PromptPay, and similar.
  • Sound knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows.
  • Knowledge of bulk schemes (DE, RTP, ITMX).
  • Knowledge of RTGS schemes (Rentas, CHATS, BahtNet, etc).
  • Sound experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience in change management, impact analysis, and estimation.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • A bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Added Bonus:

  • Experience working with APIs (understand schema, principle, integration, and exceptions).
  • Knowledge of Visio, Jira, EA.
