Secure Parking is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects, with a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the development team to design and develop effective, quality, and functional solutions.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance and support during the development lifecycle.
  • Initiate, plan, develop, monitor, and control projects and enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, workflows, and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes while staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions and projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and change managers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects.
  3. Proven experience in a development role, with hands-on coding and technical design skills.
  4. Preferably with experience in a project management role.
  5. Professional certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, or PMP.
  6. Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  10. Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  11. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
