Job Overview
  • This is a newly created role that requires expertise in transforming data and research into actionable insights to shape business strategy, innovation, brand and customer experience.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice to the executive leadership team to drive long-term growth through deep consumer understanding and market foresight.
  • Developing and implementing a centralized insights function that supports corporate strategy, marketing, product development, innovation, customer experience and digital transformation.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics, behavioral science, AI, and trend forecasting to anticipate consumer behavior and market shifts.
  • Ambassador for the voice of the customer to drive strategy, design, and delivery, increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Translating macro trends, economic forecasts, competitive dynamics, and consumer signals into actionable business opportunities.
  • Reputational management, communication, PR and brand approval across all business units.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, brand marketing or innovation roles, ideally in consumer-facing industries.
  • Knowledge of the property development or construction industry.
  • Market Insight research and analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in consumer research, behavioral science, and data-driven marketing.
  • A track record of launching and scaling brands, driving differentiated customer experiences, and creating cultures of innovation.
