About the Role

This role will see you work across various business functions to ensure transformation frameworks are fit for purpose.

You'll work cross-functionally to align frameworks with organisational goals, apply consistently across different projects, and meet stakeholder needs.

  • Offer targeted expertise and support to transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle.
  • Design and drive the adoption of a consolidated project management tool incorporating use cases from the respective frameworks and existing solutions.
  • Ensure strategic charters' programs are delivered with the highest level of program management rigor, utilising the tools and methodologies outlined in our framework.
About You and Your Skills

You'll have proven ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.

Expertise in full program lifecycle management, risk management, and delivery is required.

Experience in overseeing complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes, and the ability to align transformation programs with organisational strategy, balancing business objectives with executional capabilities.

Advanced skills in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster), proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet), and skilled in identifying, mitigating, and managing program risks and issues.
