About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic caregiver to join our team at Only About Children Brighton East.

As a casual educator, you will play a key role in supporting children through their daily routines, interacting with them in engaging activities, and communicating with families about their child's day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children through daily routines and engage them in exciting activities
  • Communicate effectively with families about their child's day
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality early years education and care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three days availability per week
  • Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education (or studying towards)
  • Flexibility to work on-call or be booked in advance
  • Working with Children Check - Employee
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with children of all ages
  • An understanding of child protection, safety, and wellbeing

We offer a competitive salary of $25.50-$32.84 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
